Please find some important points to note for our outing, 1st of January 2008
MEETING TIME - 11:15am PIER 4, CENTRAL FERRY PIER (CENTRAL to YUNG SHUE WAN)
SAILING TIME - 35 minutes to destination
LUNCH TIME - 12:30 pm to 1:30pm
Walk from Yung Shue Wan to Hung Shing Yeh Beach.
GROUP PHOTO, BEACH WALK - 2:00pm to 2:30pm
After the Group Photo, Beach Walk, we will walk to Sok Kwu Wan - 2:30pm to 3:30pm
** NOTE : Please bring with you a towel, sun block, a pair of slippers/flip flops, sunglasses, cap, water.

2007 British Council English Club Christmas Ball
We are pleased to announce that BCEC Christmas Ball will be held on December 24, 2007 (Monday) at the Jockey Club, Hong Kong. Jason Yeung and Ming Wan are in charge of this great event. Details are as follows-
Date : December 24, 2007 (Monday)
Venue : 9th Floor, The Jockey Club, Happy Valley Stand, Happy Valley Racecourse,
Wong Nai Chung Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong.
Time : 6:30 pm to midnight
Programme : Dinner Buffet, Wonderful Games, Funny Performance and Lucky Draw etc.
Ticket Price : Early Bird Members (on/before November 15, 2007) at HKD220 for members,
HKD250 for non-members and HKD200 for children (4-11 years old).
After November 15, 2007, all members, non-members and children at HKD250.

(2) Payment methods are as follows :-
(a) By cash or cheque (payable to the British Council English Club) to be submitted during
Sunday meetings.
(b) Booking by phone to Eliza Wong on 96733740 and then depositing payment to HSBC Account no. 583-6-009729 payable to the British Council English Club. Afterwards, please mail your bank-in-slip (with names of all participants and your membership number) to 4/F, 157 Kiu Kiang Street, Shamshuipo, Kowloon for the attention of Eliza Wong. You can also scan and e-mail your bank-in-slip with details to our Club’s e-mail addressmy_bcec@yahoo.com.
(3) Payment is not refundable.
(4) Reservation will be made only when payment is confirmed.
(5) Booking will be closed on December 9, 2007.

It is time for us to have more outdoor activities in autumn. I am pleased to announce that BCEC will arrange a one-day trip to Tai Tong Lychee Valley on 1 Oct 2007 (Monday). You can enjoy different activities such as ‘funny bridge, horse riding, foot-driven water wheels’, and of course, delicious lunch. So don't miss it. Details are as follows:-
